We ship across Europe and internationally.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Bank Transfer and Cryptocurrency payments.

What is Bitcoin?

How do I know my payment was received?
As soon as we confirm your payment, you will receive an email notification.
📌 Tip: After making your payment, please send us a screenshot or photo of your transfer receipt to speed up processing.


Orders & Shipping

When will I receive tracking for my order?
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday between 12 PM and 5 PM. Tracking information is sent within that window. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

How do I know when my package has arrived?
You will receive two emails:

  • One with your tracking details

  • Another, confirming your package has been delivered
    Couriers may also ring your doorbell upon delivery.

Do you ship on weekends?
We do not ship on Sundays. Orders placed after 5 PM on Saturday will ship on Monday.

How will my order be packaged?
All products are shipped in discreet, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed mylar bags inside a plain, unmarked box. This ensures freshness, privacy, and odor control.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders paid by 7 AM (business days) ship out the same day.

  • Orders placed after 7 AM ship out the next business day.

  • We ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

How can I track my package?
You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier’s tracking page using your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Cancel via your user account, or

  • Email us at support@greenleafeu.com with your order number.
    Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you ship with a signature requirement?
By default, no. However, you may request signature confirmation by leaving a note in the “Additional Information” box during checkout.
