How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, email us with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Address

  • Phone Number

  • Reason for Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions for sending the item(s) back. Refunds, store credit, or replacements will be issued once the return is received and processed.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please attach a clear photo of the item showing the issue.

  • If approved, we’ll compensate you promptly.

Wrong Items

  • If you receive the wrong item(s), send us a photo of your packing slip along with what you actually received.

  • If approved, you may keep the incorrect item, and we’ll arrange compensation.

Compensation Options

Depending on your situation, we may:

  • Refund your entire order or the affected item(s)

  • Add the equivalent amount in rewards points to your account

  • Send a free replacement with USPS First Class shipping

Exceptions

  • Clearance items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.

  • Incorrect details: We cannot provide compensation if your order information (address or payment details) was entered incorrectly. Please double-check before submitting. However, if you contact us before your order ships, we can update your details.
