Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery Days
We ship orders on business days only, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM EST are dropped off at the post office the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next morning.

Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Standard shipping applies to all orders. Next-day delivery Service is available for an additional fee.

• Domestic Orders: Usually arrive within 2–3 business days.

• International Orders (UK, Asia, Canada, Europe & UAE): Delivered within 2–5 business days.

All parcels are shipped in secure, discreet, and unbranded packaging for your privacy.

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted couriers including DPD, Parcelforce, DX, CitySprint, EMS, UPS, DHL, UPT, FedEx, TNT, and more. All orders are fully trackable and shipped via signed-for first-class delivery. No signature is required upon collection.

Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@greenleafeu.com so we can assist you.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Occasionally, tracking may show a package as delivered before it arrives. Please allow one extra business day for delayed deliveries. If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact your local package hub manager to locate your parcel. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
